but something new (“relatively speaking”) on the shores…..
around Wakefield Quay in Nelson is “The Friendship Walk.” A way to walk there.
Ok it was constructed a few years back, and its logical extension is currently under construction adjacent to New Zealands oldest Yacht Club……..the Nelson Yacht Club.
Nelson does have a bit of maritime heritage, just in case you are interested?
